RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return & Exchange Guide (Store Credit)

Request of return or exchange must be made to us by email within 3 days of receiving your goods.
Email return request to Online@priorstore.com

Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense.

Shipping cost for change of mind or exchanges will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.

After receiving your return, if it meets our satisfactory of return, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Cancellation of order

A request for an order cancellation within processing the order will incur a $20.00NZD restocking and administration fee.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shoes

In store:
All shoe sales are final, no shoes are accepted for return.
Online:
Returns are accepted for only a store credit for the value of the item excluding the shipping cost or exchange for another size or item. Items must be in original condition, unworn and in the same state as they were sold.
Consignment items:
All sales are final, you can tell an item is consigned by their product code in the title (Starts with CC).
