Return & Exchange Guide (Store Credit)

Request of return or exchange must be made to us by email within 3 days of receiving your goods. (10 days in December)
Email return request to support@priorstore.com

Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense.

Shipping cost for change of mind or exchanges will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.

After receiving your return, if it meets our satisfactory of return, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Cancellation of order

A request for an order cancellation within processing the order will incur a $20.00NZD restocking and administration fee.

Consignment Items

All sales are final, orders are exempt from cancellation. Consigned items will display CC in SKU.

Sale items
